Since joining Zeb’s Coffeehouse in July 2024, Cole Hanvey has brought his creativity and passion to everything he touches—whether it’s crafting mouthwatering breakfast burritos or experimenting with new menu items that keep things exciting. Dedication That Keeps Things Running
When things get busy, Cole is the kind of person who doesn’t just step up—he thrives. He once worked open to close to cover a shift, keeping everything running seamlessly like a perfectly pulled espresso shot. His dedication and work ethic make a real difference, and we’re beyond grateful to have him on the team.
A Barista with a Signature Drink
Of course, every great barista has their go-to drink. Cole’s? An iced London Fog with oat milk, but with a twist—he swaps out vanilla for lavender agave. (Yes, it’s just as fancy and incredible as it sounds. We may or may not be stealing this order.)
An Artist Beyond the Coffee Bar
Outside of Zeb’s, Cole’s creativity doesn’t stop. He’s an artist at heart, working with charcoal, watercolor, and digital art. And when he’s not making art, he’s in the kitchen whipping up something equally creative or relaxing with his girlfriend and cat, catching up on movies.

From sweet to savory, Cole has crafted menu items like apple cider donuts, pumpkin danishes, and the chicken apple Gouda panini, adding something new to try. His talent for bringing fresh ideas to life means there’s always something new (and delicious) to look forward to.
